    Here are a few ideas….Eggs/omelettes, Cottage cheese/fruits/nuts, Protein shake with fresh berries, Oatmeal/ low-fat milk/scoop of protein, Veggie omelette, Omelette with turkey bacon or sausage, Greek yogurt with almonds or sunflower seeds

    These are some great tips. I drink a lot of cold water throughout the day, and have noticed that instead of reaching for a candy bar but eating fruit and some raisins and nuts I feel so much better! And the green tea is a must, Thank you JJ.

    A cup as in an 8 oz glass….48 oz of cold water….the more the better….water is essential for a healthy, functioning body and it decreases cravings.

    Whazzup JJ….I really have enjoyed your videos and your simple, yet effective methods and information to weightloss. I’ve been very fit, to so-so, to not so fit and now back to (on-the-road) back to fi-yine, fit and you are definitely one to keep moi back on track. A very good girlfriend passed on you and what you do and I am more than eager, every month to pass on to my Diva Social Club – in our monthly newsletter. We as African-American women, really need to get in shape, become more healthy and become examples to other sistas in the community.     Thanks for the tips JJ! However, I skip breakfast & and don’t eat anything until about 10ish.. I try to break this terrible habit, but not always hungary
    I guess that explains the belly fat! I was always told to drink room temperature water, so now I need to start drinking cold h2o for the body to work harder to heat things up inside. Btw, should you drink Alkaline water daily? If so, what are the benefits & should you store it in fridge or room temp.

    Alkaline water is great to drink daily…I have an entire section about it in my book in chapter 5. Alkaline water helps with detoxification, better hydration, and increased energy… Don’t leave out more youthful, glowing skin!!

    Thank you for the videos. I have read your book (it is a great book), I have done the detox & lost weight. I want to know how often should I detox? Can I do a five day detox & if yes, do I have to do the same thing at the end of the five day cleanse (orange juice & soup)? Thanks.

    I have your book and I also just purchase your online dvds for 6 ways to losing belly fat. I can’t wait for the package to come, I’m so excited. I think you are an amazing person!!!!!! I have a situation, Please help if you can, I’ve purchase a ion pod container that suppose to make spring water turn into Alkaline water but the Alkaline water never looks clear.     I just got the book today. I am excited to get started on master cleanse. I have a couple of questions , please
    wi juice with fruits n veggies; 1 -2 cups a day. can I do this still while on master cleanse? I occasionally get migraines . I noticed it’s a symptom side affect of cleanse. this may intensify correct? thank you again

    Hello, Just recieved your book in the mail, i plan to start this next Monday. I can already tell you I have a huge addiction to sugery drinks. so much that Ii have gained 26 lbs since I have been married which was has only been 1 year…. I know i can do all things through Christ, and i pray this will help me loose the 40lbs i need to loose. especially because of my HBP problem.

    Thanks Ms. JJ for these tips they are very helpful and something I can do. How soon should you eat breakfast after you wake? I am up by 5 am and get to work at 7 am. I usually eat breakfast around 7:30 or 8. Is that too long between the time I get up and eat. I just ordered the book can’t wait until Saturday to get started.

    Thansk JJ for all the excellent education on weight loss. It’s really hard when you can’t get yourself motivated to do the right thing and you always result back to your habits. I’m a late night sweet eater and I know this is a big problem. I recently lost 35 lbs and not intentionally and I did not change my eating habits. I was recently diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and at this time my blood sugar was uncontrollaby high. I was very, very thirsty alot and dranked at least 8 16oz water bottles a day. I also stopped drinking soda and every week and I lost 2-5 lbs without changing my eating habits. Now I lost weight everywhere but where I really wanted to lose it which is my belly fat and thighs. Now that my blood sugar is under control a little better I’m not as thirsty and don’t drink as much water and I have noticed from my frequent doctor’s visits I have started to gain some weight back. So this information you are providing is well appreciated.

    Okay. Time to stop procastinating. You just keep popping up. LOL! I purchased the burn belly fat watched it while getting my hair done a couple of weeks ago. Printed all the notes. My book came in the mail this week. I no longer have any excuses. I have committed to lose 15 pounds no later than December 25th! Thank you for being up close and personal. It’s those unexpected emails that have made me feel like a slacker. No More.
