Need to Lose 15 Pounds by Christmas? Do This…

Well, it’s 21 days until Christmas! Did you fall short on reaching your weight loss goals this year? Well, I have a unique plan to help you lose 10-15 pounds by Christmas. While others will gain 10-15 pounds during the holidays, you can actually lose 10-15 pounds and get a jumpstart on your weight loss for the new year. So, here’s how this is going to work. I have 10 very specific tips below that are my very best tips for rapid weight loss. The more of the tips you follow, the more weight you’ll lose. So, let’s begin!

1. Go Green: Eat lots of green leafy veggies for rapid weight loss. Fill your refrigerator with kale, collards, spinach, turnip, mustard, and beet greens. You can drink them “i.e., green drink,” juice them or cook them… but eating them will help you lose weight, cleanse the body and energize you!

2. Chill With the Red Meat: Can you limit your red meat to just 2 to 3 times per WEEK? Red meat contains a lot of saturated fat, so try to limit your intake to two or three times a week. Instead, eat more fish, seafood, and chicken.

3. Just say NO to These 5 Foods: If you want the fat to melt away over the next 21 days, avoid these 5 foods (white sugar, white rice, white potatoes white bread, and white pasta). I know you can do this for just 21 days. You’ll not only lose weight fast but your health will improve as well. 4. Drink This, Not That: Only drink water or green tea for the next 21 days. That’s right, no sodas, diet sodas, or store-bought juices for 21 days. This is tough to do but well worth it. For flavor, drink green tea, its burns fat, boosts your energy and slows aging. Green tea is simply awesome for weight loss.

5. Clean the Gut, Lose the Gut: Some of your excess weight is not all fat; some of it is excess toxins and waste that need to be eliminated. So, do a 7-day or 10-day colon cleanse to help you remove toxins that are causing excess weight in the body. 7. Get Moving: You might be too busy to start a new exercise regimen, but you can make this one small change: Take the stairs instead of the elevators or escalators. Easy enough? That’s a small way to get moving more during this holiday season

8. Take No More Mess, Stress and Drama: Please lower your stress levels. High stress causes belly fat and poor health. For the next 21 days, get some rest and relaxation and you may even need to “detox” from family and friends who cause you unnecessary stress and drama. People who belittle you and make you feel unworthy should get very little of your time. Take steps to minimize the time you spend with these people and find ways to minimize stress in your life.

9. Let Fast Food Be Good Food: I know you’re going to be busy and may find yourself at a fast food restaurant. But if you do go to a fast food restaurant, get the healthier options such as oatmeal for breakfast or salads for lunch/dinner. Just make better foods choices everywhere you eat (at work, on the road, at holiday parties, etc). Weight loss happens one meal at a time.

10. Get Your Mind Right: You have to fill your mind with KNOWLEDGE about losing weight. That old advice of “eat less and exercise more” is not working for most people. You have to educate yourself on how to help your body lose weight so you go into the new year fully equipped to lose weight and get healthy once and for all!     Hi JJ
    Thank you so much for all the help with this program. When I started I was 218 pds because of the steroids I was on. I actually lost 35 and can wear a size 10. I had been struggling with this asthma for quite some. I was doing good until I had a setback landing me in the hospital back to back for the past 3 weeks. I collapsed at work due to a severe asthma attack and had to go back on 500 mg of steroids. I gained only 3 pounds from that. Praise God for that. The reason I went on your program is to lose the weight so I wouldn’t have to take injection which will help control the asthma. My question what can I do to keep the weight off once I take the injection. Any suggestion will be appreciated. BY the way I loooook good. I am now at a 160 pounds. My goal is 135. Thanks again.     I have a question, I have everything I need to start my detox, however I’m hesitant because I just started a new job and its a very stressful job (high volume of customer interaction) and I don’t want to rub anyone the wrong way on one of those cranky/moody days.     Well day 2 for me green juice , blueberries,activia, lg salad loaded. One bad food hand full of cheesecrackers.next day oatmeal strawberries walnuts.pear blueberries ceasar salad,more cheesecrackers plenty of water. Worked out both days , How iam i doing JJ?

    I have to say that I actually say that I done the first step in your book where I ate nothing but vegetables and vegan meals. I felt so much better and I lost some weight but I started to loose inches after that. Now I am eating the regular way but for some reason I don’t eat as much. I want to thank you for the book I am still reading but. I still need to loose some more pounds now I am trying to loose the belly fat.
    I do have a question though is it harmful to do the colon cleanse ( or take the colon cleanse herbal tablets ) everyday?

    Thanks for your reply,my green juice contains kale spinach celery green apple cucumber lime and an orange. I know the crackers r wrong.that my problem. When i get in from work at nght i need something , i opt for something that i know is wring but it satifies me. This is the area where iam weak.

    I started reading the book in October and began the DEM system. I cut out all of the 6 foods even made it through Halloween without candy. I have not gone back to eating meat at all. I may have chicken breast(grilled) but for the most part I enjoy the protein shakes and Green Vibrance. Working out for me has never been an issue. I used to be active duty military so I enjoy working out but I could never loose weight just inches. I got on the scale last night and after just 5 weeks I have lost 14 pounds. I am shocked and overjoyed. The scale is finally moving. I’ve been looking for a way to combine diet and exercise to see results and I’ve found it.     Hi JJ my biggest problem is junk food like chocolate. Drink plenty of water and I exercise 3-4 times a day sometimes twice a day but I really don’t see too much results. As far as my belly goes I never see any weigh loss in my belly. I don’t know what else I can do. I have your book but I guess some things works for some people but not all. Don’t know what to do but I won’t give up. If I could loose anything I would love for it to be my belly that’s the worse part of my body and sometime I look in the mirror and cry. I’m not a real big person but larger than I’ve ever been. I’m wearing a size 12 but would love to get back into my 8’s & 10. Any suggestions.
