I am very glad to share my success story with you and others. I have not made a fantastic impact in weight loss, but my constant bloating and belly protrusion is now gone. I just started with the DETOX and avoidance of sodas and white sugars. I have made a fantastic progress already. I set small and measurable goals in my belly fat/weight loss journey which is yielding excellent progress. 
please I have one question for you. What is your advise on eating late for those of us on night shifts, who cannot avoid eating late?

I went to the Health Food Store and purchased Milk Thistle Liver cleanse, Fiber tablets, Green Drink, Ezekial 4.9 cereal, Bob&#039;s Red Mill buckwheat Pancake &#038;waffle mix, rolled oats oatmeal,coconut water (same brand in Grocery Store) Organic mixed greens, fruits, and alot of beans. I already had colon cleanse and Water is delivered, (I also have a friend who is in the Alkaline Water business). So I just began my journey on October 19th after weighing myself.  I weighed myself again on October 30th and lost 11 pounds.  I have so much energy! I sleep better too. Although, I slipped up once and had a turkey wing (without the skin). Given up sugar was no problem for me. I&#039;ve stopped using sugar in 1976. However, I did not  and cannot give up my coffee. I am a chocolate freak and it has not phased me once.
