I've been using for a little over a week. The instructions said start with 3 capsules, but go up one capsule every night until you find your perfect cleanse.... and my magic number is 4 capsules... 4 capsules gives me such a complete cleanse... I feel lighter and refreshed... and stomach feels so flat; no bloating at all... LOVE how this makes me feel.
It works! I have a history of chronic constipation so this doesn’t work overnight for me. I have to take 5 tablets today & 5 the next, then i experience an amazing colon cleanse the next day. I do this over the weekend. Once i go, i have no stomach upset. It’s great

I was taking 2 TF and 3LF every night. I dropped down to 3LF and every other night I take 2TF/1LF. Don't want any accidents. It seems to be working fine. I did try tummy focus for the first time. I took it at night as suggested and took 3 pills. It did make me go but within 3 hours, so I was up practically all night going to the bathroom. It did it job for sure. I probably will decrease the number of pills to see how my body reacts to it. But other than that I’ll see what happens after I fry it again with less pills and leave another review. I had no stomach boating or upset so that was a positive.
All of the products by JJ are the best! Tummy Focus is no different. There was no harsh stomach cramps and I’m getting the expected results. I definitely recommend it. And it costs less than surgery! I do encourage taking a multivitamin while going through the elimination process to keep your body healthy and balanced.

Having been a supporter of JJ, I like Tummy Focus (TF) better than the Mag07 she recommended prior to creating her own cleanser. The elimination process with TF is cleaner yet still very effective. I’m only a week in so still have time for usage but I am pleased enough to purchase again!
This stuff is amazing. I went to my doctor and was down 14lbs from my last visit 3 months prior. My lab work was also better for my glucose levels. I also take blood sugar focus and the liver focus. I get my liver checked twice a year and enzyme levels were back to normal.

WOW!!! Tummy Focus is my new fave! First off, I love JJ Smith and have tried a few of her products and love them all. Before even trying Tummy Focus, I ordered several bottles…that’s how much I trust her process! I’ve only been using it for a little under a week and I ALREADY SEE RESULTS!!! The very first time I took it, it worked like a charm. It’s light on my stomach, too. I definitely recommend following the instructions to a T. There was a time I didn’t drink quite enough water throughout the day, took the pills and night with plenty of water, but it didn’t work in the morning. Make sure to drink at least a gallon of water a day! I’d definitely recommend.

Tummy Focus does what it’s supposed to. I take 2 before bed (along with Liver Focus), and when I wake up in the morning, I’m headed to the bathroom. It helps eliminate bloating, and after a month of taking it, I can see that my stomach has decreased.

I have tried liver focus and blood sugar focus and seen results from 175 to 161. I know it works but you much continue to drink lots of water which I also found out to help flush out all your toxic or you will have peoblem. Yet to try green smoothie but have done fasting.Canot wait to see result from the new product. Thank JJ . seeing results does but a smile on your face and you feel good.
I have never had a daily bowel movement until now the tummy focus is the truth not only daily but multiple times a day and I am not taking them every day because I would literally live in the bathroom so I take them every other night and the results are fantastic and I have lost weight also best decision I made was reordering before I ran out this will be my new normal thanks JJ
I am not sure about this product just yet, last night was my 4th night taking it….I don’t see any results yet as far as inches lost. I do notice the movements are better, I don’t crave sweets like I used to, when I do I can fight it, but I’m going to take whole bottle then post another review!
