I have been taking the LF for about 3 weeks or more. I usually take 3 around 11am. They do not upset my stomach or any other adverse reactions. Unfortunately, I cannot drink the recommended amount of water that is suggested; therefore, my progress my be a little longer-and that's okay! I started liver focus on Feb 2, 2025. My liver numbers prior to that were 51 and 53 for AST/ALT. I went to the doctor on March 26, 2025 to have labs done. My liver numbers were 31/34 AST/ALT. I was so happy! I had also been taking the blood sugar focus (Started Feb 11, 2025). I had labs done for that (A1C) on March 26, and I was no longer pre-diabetic. My A1c was about 5.7, but had gone down to 5.4 I followed the instructions as they were given. (Starting low, then increasing). I was initially taking them every morning and not eating anything until after 12pm to give my liver time to continue detoxing from the night. As of the last month or so..I have moved them to the night time before bed. This routine (sticking with day or night) has helped and helps me to stay consistent. It requires a strict discipline of following a healthy eating plan and taking the liver focus for over a month before you see any results. This can lead to losing motivation and money. Since taking Liver Focus, I've noticed that my weight has shifted. I’ve been taking for 2 months now and I LOVE it. The instructions said move to 3 capsules after the first week, but I started with 3 capsules right away. Which wasn’t a good idea. I am so impressed with Liver Focus I have been on it fulltime since July of 2023. Oh I have been using Liver Focus for over maybe 2 or 3 years but never was I as focused as I have been since. It never arrived because it was shipped to my old address, not their fault, my Apple wallet was still reflecting my old address and I realized after some time. I contacted my old address and they told me the returned it. Contact the businesses and told them, they told me they would look into it and I never heard back from them.

I love the liver focus. It really works. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because my last order was never received. Someone must have stolen it. I reached out numerous times and it was not replaced. It was a little disappointing to me since I am an avid supporter of JJ Smith. I started this a few years and was skeptical that it would work. As a healthcare provider, I have limited belief in a lot of products that claim to do one thing or another. Lat me tell you, I was in for a surprise! I saw my fat literally melt away by the 2nd bottle, especially from my back. I lost 13 lbs within the first month and a total of 23 lbs by the 3rd month. I have on been taking LF for a month and I already see great results. I admit I struggle with poor eating habits and very little exercise. But after being able to see my waistline. I started JJ Smith plan again on September 13 2021 since 2018. I had gained all the weight back that Iost. My target goal was to loose 60 lbs.. I started the 10 day green smoothie cleanse, apple cider vinegar receipe , I took 3 liver focus and 2 blood sugar daily and cut out the processed foods and meats. As of Dec 1, I am down 30 lbs. I was recently diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver. I was having ongoing pain in my right/center upper stomach area for over a year, one day the pain was so bad I went to the ER and CT confirm fatty liver. I am a very active person and was confused how I could have fatty liver however, I started to do some research and found Dr. JJ Smith page with all her valuable information on fatty liver and said I am going to give Liver Focus a try. So far it have been 4 months taking this product 2 pills per day and my liver pain firstly started to reduce slowly but on July 08th 2021 I pressed on the area where the pain was normally concentrated and it was GONE. I am here on her cite ordering liver focus again and plan to increase the pill to 3 to get the fat burning effect and will wait about a year to redo the imaging to see if the fatty liver have improved. To me its surprising how some doctor let these signs slip by, over 5 plus years my PCP always told me that my liver enzymes was slightly elevated and simply brush it off as if I was drinking, I myself though maybe that's true because I am a social drinker. More so my triglycerides levels was also high but was also brushed off as needing more exercise. Fast forward to today, I am very happy I have found this product and its helping me.

I am in Love with Liver Focus/Blood Sugar Focus!! When I first started using Liver Focus/Blood Sugar Focus on May 12, 2021. They changed my life!! I was just recovering from COVID and it left me with a discomforting digestive system. I was bloated with gas and my stomach grew l looked like I was 7 months pregnant and miserable. I ordered the Liver Focus a month ago after gaining 12 pounds since January and my doctor telling me I'm estrogen dominant. My doctor suggested losing weight and Liver Focus is helping me do that. I noticed a decrease in my appetite about 3 weeks in and I lost 4 pounds in a month with a low carb diet (under 75 grams daily) and limiting my calories to 1500. I made no other changes, since I already drink 72-80 ounces of water daily. I honestly don't know what's in that little pill however I know it's Magic!! I stepped on the scale and weighed 196.4 with BMI 40. I have been needing a safe way to get rid of belly fat. Well after taking Live Focus for two weeks, I lost 10lbs. I think it was so fast because I was really busy getting ready for my daughter wedding. Just taking two a day I have notice! not wanting to eat much of any kind of food. My belly is going down. I eat out of boredom and still have good results. I exercise at lease 3 days a week, but try to do 5 day. Dur to the pandemic. When I first started taking LF I was inconsistent with it so I didn't think that it was working for me...Once I got myself together I noticed that my back fat and side rolls starting getting smaller. I think I'm on bottle 4 or 5, I take 3 pills every night. Sometimes in the morning I go all day without eating until lunch cause im not hungry. Liver Focus definitely work if you work with it. I'm eating clean working out and drinking a gallon of water daily. I've noticed that my cravings for junk has significantly decreased, Now when I snack it's on fruits, nuts and yogurt. To begin my mindset is always on food, hungry, craving, obseesive/excessively eat. Now I dont think about food period! Considering this has been an ongoing issue with me food obsessed for 20 yrs hence obesity and 400+ dollars on fast food not including nonstop junk food runs.
