Can I refer existing customers or do they have to be new?

No, this referral program is only for new customers only. However, we encourage you to share the program details with any existing customers who may be interested as well.

Can I use more than one coupon for my purchase?

Only one coupon can be used per order. However, if you’re buying multiple items, you can check out separately for each item and use a different coupon for each order.

How long does it take to receive my coupon?

The friend being referred receives their coupon immediately. The advocate sending the referral will receive their coupon after seven days.

How many people can I refer?

You can refer an unlimited number of people and we encourage you to do so through email and social media by sharing your own unique experience.

Do coupons expire?

Coupons expire 60 days after receipt. Even if you don’t need additional supplements, we encourage you to stock up before the expiration date.

Can coupons be used for programs or challenges?

Coupons can’t be used for programs or challenges. However, VIP Group members receive discounts and early access to challenges. You can learn more about joining the group here.

Do you ever partner with influencers?

This is definitely something we’d consider. Please send us information about your social media following (audience size and any available demographics) along with any past partnerships, if available.
