Blood Sugar Focus has been a gamechanger for me. I was struggling with high cholesterol and my A1-C levels were steadily increasing almost past pre-diabetic levels. I started taking the blood sugar focus Feb 11, 2025. I had labs done for that (A1C) on March 26, and I was no longer pre-diabetic. I have taken Blood Sugar Focus on and off for years and I can certainly tell and feel the difference when I’m not taking it. This products works wonderful in lowering fasting blood sugar and A1C. I initially felt it didn't work because I was expecting fast results. However, it takes some time to build up in your system. You have to give time to work. After about 2 months of consistently taking this my A1C had went down by a few points. I love all 3 of these products actually 4 I take the hormone focus too and the creams I just started on but I will let you know the outcome on those. These products work for me like nothing else would it is a slow process the weight loss it is like 1.5 lbs per week.

I’ve been apprehensive of these products for a along time . A year ago I tried it for a few weeks and felt no change, so I stopped and gave up. This new year while wanting to refrain from sugar again , I decided to try again and it works. The difference is I had such hard time refraining from sugar and I’ve noticed the help in my restraint. I will give it a three month commitment for myself. I’m worth it 🤗.
I really love this product. It has been awesome in helping me control my blood sugar and A1c levels. It is down to 6.2, and helped me to stay off of any medications. I’m considering trying the tummy focus, but not sure about having to drink so much water before bedtime.

This fat burning trio is NO JOKE! I finished my first week and it's working already. I read that you will see results in 30 days. This is so NOT true. After day #2, my sweet cravings went away. I've never been a sweet eater except for that time of the month. I could eat 1 hersey bar with almonds and that would satisfy the craving. When I turned 58..I started having sugar cravings everyday all day. Blood Sugar Focus has fixed all of this. Thank you J.J. Not sure. Used according to instructions but when I have taken them I endure a slight headache but it may not necessarily be a direct result from the blood sugar focus itself. I do have high blood pressure as well. Just watching and noting effects for now
You don't realize just how much a product is working until you run out. I kept forgetting to reorder and was not doing right by my eating and so forth and oh boy did I regret that. Since I have been taking Blood Focus and incorporating healthy eating habits, My A1c has gone from 6.4 to 5.8. I was diagnosed as prediabetic and was told I should try Metformin. I was never told my A1C number. After working in healthcare and seeing what happens first hand, I refused, and decided to get physical with my life. So I decided to work out and cut back on my habits-sweet and salty treats- my snacks. I began working out 30 minutes a day at home, increased my water and I learned my A1C is now 6.1. And I also learned my old A1C number was 6.4. My goal is to get it to under 6.1 and to 5.4...but I'm enjoying my journey and dropping from 245 to 217!!
Never received package. I was suppose to receive it September 9th and today is the 18th....still don't have it and I'm behind over a week on taking my supplements. So disappoinyedin customer service they are not willing to help resolve this issue.

I took this product some time ago but was not consistent. After 30 days I didn't see an improvement so I quit. A few months ago I decided to try them again. Consistency, changing my diet along with walking and drinking lots of water has definitely been a game changer. My A1C has gone from 7.5 to 6.2. I'm sure it will be lower on my next doctor visit. I'm just starting my second bottle and about to order more but seeing great results with these. I'll be honest, BSF is the only JJ product I use. I don't do the cleanses (though I have in the past) either but I do work out regularly and eat healthy. I was struggling with losing body fat and BSF made the difference it's the only thing I've changed in my routine. I am finally below 30% body fat and it's still going down. In March my A1C was 11.2! Yesterday I had my follow up appointment for blood work I did in July. My A1C is now 5.9! The main reason I wanted to BSF was to get off of metformin. My mom went to the doc and her AC1 was 12. Now for it to be 12 her blood glucos had to be over 300 for fasting. I had been diagnosed with diabetes at the end of 2020 and was prescribed medications that cause weight gain and probably other stuff. I can't wait to go to the doctor to check my A1C number. I've heard of hormone replacement therapy, but I don't think I will need it using BSF. I’ve only been taking a couple of weeks but I do feel like I have more energy. Usually after I eat lunch and dinner I would get sleepy. I’ve noticed that I’m not sleepy anymore. Also, I noticed a slight decrease in the size of my abdomen.. Furthermore, this may be too much info and I’m not sure if this is a result of taking BSF but my poop and gases barely have an odor now. I just ordered my second bottle and will continue to take to see if my results continue.

I had a friend to recommend this product and I ordered it in March. I had a Dr appointment April 7th. My A1C was 8.0 3 months ago and it went to 6.2. I also take a once weekly shot and a 1x daily pill. That's with me cheating just a little with it being the holiday. My goal is to come off of the 1x daily pill and once a week shot and just take this product. I ordered more so that I want run out. My energy has increased and I'm losing weight! Supplements both liver focus and blood sugar focus has really revved up my weight loss. No craving for sweets, my belly fat and back fat is shrinking, I notice when I check my blood pressure it’s always low, I rest good at night when I sleep. I am 68 years old ,and my health was going downhill fast. I am a type two diabetic ; I have Osteo as well as rheumatoid arthritis. I have carpal tunnel in both hands. I bought this upon being diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes about six months ago. I put it on the shelf while I started metformin meds. A side effect that I noticed was sweats about an hour after taking the meds. About a week ago, I started taking BSF and the sweats stopped on the first night !!! My sleep has increased and I’m comfortable during the night. It’s been a week and I’ve slept comfortably! I lost weight and lowered my A1C prior to BSF but who knows how much progress I would have made WITH BSF?. I don’t know the science behind this but I thank you for helping me sleep. I have enjoyed trying the Blood Sugar Focus capsules. I am waiting to recheck my A1C, but I can tell you I feel great. When I got them, I wasn't sure if I should stop my Metformin or take it together, so I did for the 1stc6 days, but then I started feeling week. I decided to continue my Metformin and one capsule a day and have been fine every sice. I will do a new review once I go get my A1C checked next week. So I wish there would have been more instructions.

I have hormonal imbalances that make me feel so hungry even an hour after a full meal. After taking these pills for 3 weeks (I don't follow the bottle instructions, only take one every other day), my appetite is back to how it was before I had all these health issues, and I lost all my bloating. I just finished my first bottle this morning and I am very impressed. On day 3 with clean eating my glucose went from 187 to 110. Even those days I ate more carbs my number did not exceed 130. This needs to be FDA approved so doctors will stop prescribing the medicine with 10 side effects. It really works!!

Honey, when I say this is a miracle in a bottle, I’m not playing. I’ve been a type 2 diabetic for 11 years and my A1C has always been high until I started taking this product. I have been using BSF for about 2-3 weeks. I have not enjoyed weight loss yet, but how about dropping 1-2 inches off my tummy? Insulin resistance is a real condition and I have tried other products to address it. BSF has killed my sweet attacks and have lost interest in them. Now I am working on carbs. I am confident that weight loss will come and already ordered again because this product is very effective for me.

OMGOODNESS I only purchased because the reviews are super good.....I was having 7-9 hot flashes a day waking up to wet pjs from the sweat. I’ve been taking the BSF for 16 days now. I sleep through the night and only have 1 hot flash a day. Thank JJ for listening to God
To be honest I haven’t been consistent and need to set a reminder each evening to take it. I have taken it constantly for the last 3 evenings and I can say that I haven’t craved sweets. Even on Thanksgiving Day. I will update in 2 weeks.
The energy BSF gives me is amazing! I’ve been consistently taking 2 pills a day as well as 2 pills of LF and my mid section is melting away. This last weekend I wore shirts that just a month ago were tight on me, the shirts were comfortable! I walked 3 miles on sand without dying 2 days in a row. The second day I did it twice! My body is a rebel and complex. I'm sorting out what benefits I am receiving from BSF & I have not seen my P.C.P. yet but I have lost 2 inches and I do sleep better.
