Didnt feel any change

I'm starting my 4th week and I just noticed I haven't been having any more night sweats so I wake up so refreshed. My mid-section doesn't look or feel bloated anymore. I take hormone focus in the morning with breakfast and liver focus and tummy focus at bedtime and it's all working for me. I usually have a very nice movement every morning now. Love that my tummy is getting smaller!

Ok, it's been about 6 weeks and I feel like a new person. It's working for me but it took about a month before I could say for sure. I do feel calmer, less anxious and not so bloated. Don't know if it helps with digestion but my stomach feels better and I'm not retaining so much water weight. So the scale is going down, about 8 pounds so far and I try to eat better sometimes. All I was doing was gaining weight but the scale has finally started to go down. Hormone Focus and the ProGestGlow has helped me so much. I take the Hormone Focus with meals because that seemed to work better for me. I take ProGestGlow in morning and at bedtime.

It’s working well so far. I had to stop for about 1 week because I was sick and then jumped back to the Hormone Focus. I noticed a difference once I started back on them again, I began using the bathroom which was great since I have a hard time going. I’m loving the results so far.
