I like how the product work, it help me be regularly as before , I wasn’t and I am down few inches off my waist and back fat is melting away, you have to stay consistent drink plenty of water, I do half of my body weight ,you don’t have to do a strict diet , just eat watch the junk food, light exercises, I walk 4 days out of 7, most of all Be Patient and Consistent, JJ Liver Focus will do the rest.
I’ve been taking for 2 months now and I LOVE it. The instructions said move to 3 capsules after the first week, but I started with 3 capsules right away. Which wasn’t a good idea. I started to feel some detox symptoms (lil headache, fatigue) so I went back down to 2 capsules. After a week or so, I went back to 3 capsules per day and felt great. Wow! My stubborn fat around my stomach and arms are melting away. I eat decent, not great, but I’m still getting great results. I noticed how much slimmer I was getting around 4-5 weeks of taking it. Now my coworkers are saying they notice too! Yay I love this product!

This product gave me chronic stomach ache after a week of taking it. I had adverse effects and had to go and see a doctor. They advised me that if I kept taking it, I could’ve gotten perforated colon. I had to stop taking it immediately. I consider it a wasted expense.

I am so impressed with Liver Focus I have been on it fulltime since July of 2023. Oh I have been using Liver Focus for over maybe 2 or 3 years but never was I as focused as I have been since. July 2023 when the challenge begin. Little did I know that I was reading the instructions wrong I was taking 3 pills after each meal or snack 3 times a day. I have since slowed it down to 1 or 2 after each meal. Now I will have to give up my journal for about weeks because of hip replacement surgery on the 21 of Dec. Once my recovery is over I will be back to my schedule. I since July 2023 until today December 18 have loss a total of 25 lbs and holding for now, it was necessry before my doctor would do the surgery. He gave me another challenge to lose the weight and I was focused enough to want to have this surgery to get rid of the pain I have been experiecing for over 2 years. I have changed my way of eating, no photos of my current progress, just knowing that my clothes feel great is a great accomplishment for me. I have been taking Liver Focus regularly for about 5 years. I started when I was doing the 10-day Green Smoothie Cleanse, and have continued. At the time, my ALT and AST blood levels were in the high range. My husband’s were through the roof! Within about 2 months, my level were normal and have stayed normal. It took my husband a little longer, but his were way worse and he wasn’t as disciplined as I. However, I’m happy to say his last blood work showed his enzyme levels completely normal! I started Liver Focus on Sept.1 2022 and by Sept. 30th I lost 20 lbs. This was all done without exercise. I lost 20 lbs. in one month!!!! This stuff is the truth! Will be ordering more and incorporating exercise along with it for faster results.
I love the liver focus. It really works. The only reason I can’t give five stars is because my last order was never received. Someone must have stolen it. I started this a few years and was skeptical that it would work. As a healthcare provider, I have limited belief in a lot of products that claim to do one thing or another. I have on been taking LF for a month and I already see great results. I admit I struggle with poor eating habits and very little exercise. But after being able to see my waistline. I started JJ Smith plan again on September 13 2021 since 2018. I had gained all the weight back that Iost. My target goal was to loose 60 lbs.. I started the 10 day green smoothie cleanse, apple cider vinegar receipe , I took 3 liver focus and 2 blood sugar daily and cut out the processed foods and meats. As of Dec 1, I am down 30 lbs. I was recently diagnosed with non alcoholic fatty liver. I was having ongoing pain in my right/center upper stomach area for over a year, one day the pain was so bad I went to the ER and CT confirm fatty liver. I am a very active person and was confused how I could have fatty liver however, I started to do some research and found Dr. JJ Smith page with all her valuable information on fatty liver and said I am going to give Liver Focus a try. So far it have been 4 months taking this product 2 pills per day and my liver pain firstly started to reduce slowly but on July 08th 2021 I pressed on the area where the pain was normally concentrated and it was GONE. I am here on her cite ordering liver focus again and plan to increase the pill to 3 to get the fat burning effect and will wait about a year to redo the imaging to see if the fatty liver have improved. To me its surprising how some doctor let these signs slip by, over 5 plus years my PCP always told me that my liver enzymes was slightly elevated and simply brush it off as if I was drinking, I myself though maybe that's true because I am a social drinker. More so my triglycerides levels was also high but was also brushed off as needing more exercise. Fast forward to today, I am very happy I have found this product and its helping me.

I am in Love with Liver Focus/Blood Sugar Focus!! When I first started using Liver Focus/Blood Sugar Focus on May 12, 2021. They changed my life!! I was just recovering from COVID and it left me with a discomforting digestive system. I was bloated with gas and my stomach grew l looked like I was 7 months pregnant and miserable. I ordered the Liver Focus a month ago after gaining 12 pounds since January and my doctor telling me I'm estrogen dominant. My doctor suggested losing weight and Liver Focus is helping me do that. I noticed a decrease in my appetite about 3 weeks in and I lost 4 pounds in a month with a low carb diet (under 75 grams daily) and limiting my calories to 1500. I made no other changes, since I already drink 72-80 ounces of water daily. I honestly don't know what's in that little pill however I know it's Magic!! I stepped on the scale and weighed 196.4 with BMI 40. I have been needing a safe way to get rid of belly fat. Well after taking Live Focus for two weeks, I lost 10lbs. I think it was so fast because I was really busy getting ready for my daughter wedding. Just taking two a day I have notice! not wanting to eat much of any kind of food. My belly is going down. I eat out of boredom and still have good results. I exercise at lease 3 days a week, but try to do 5 day. Dur to the pandemic. I am a active senior and confined to the house so I exercise in my basement. Thank God I know multiple ways to do total body fitness exercises. When I first started taking LF I was inconsistent with it so I didn't think that it was working for me...Once I got myself together I noticed that my back fat and side rolls starting getting smaller. I think I'm on bottle 4 or 5, I take 3 pills every night. Sometimes in the morning I go all day without eating until lunch cause im not hungry. Liver Focus definitely work if you work with it. I'm eating clean working out and drinking a gallon of water daily. I've noticed that my cravings for junk has significantly decreased, Now when I snack it's on fruits, nuts and yogurt. To begin my mindset is always on food, hungry, craving, obseesive/excessively eat. Now I dont think about food period! Considering this has been an ongoing issue with me food obsessed for 20 yrs hence obesity and 400+ dollars on fast food not including nonstop junk food runs.
