1) Pick a Green Smoothie Recipe and Purchase your Ingredients

Green smoothies are surprisingly simple, consisting of raw organic fruit, raw organic leafy greens, and liquid (water, almond milk, etc). The recommended fruit:greens ratio is 6:4.
