Toxic Overload – An Important Factor in Weight Loss

There are many factors that contribute to weight gain, and one important factor that traditional diets frequently overlook is toxic overload. We are exposed to toxins on a daily basis and the more toxins you take in or are exposed to every day, the harder it is for your body’s systems to function properly. These toxins are stored in fat cells throughout your body.  Simply put, people often have difficulty losing weight because their bodies are full of poisons.  Without detoxification, millions of people worldwide come up short in the struggle to lose weight permanently.
